Pain2Power Marble formerly known as Money Marble, a Jacksonville, Florida rap artist and producer born with a gift of creating music and sounds based on his pains, struggles, and life experiences. His love for music started around the age of 10 years old growing up listening to his favorite artists like 2Pac, C-Murder, Trick Daddy, and Ice Cube with hopes of one day becoming a successful rap artist himself. Considering his music as his paint brush, painting art of reality from his perspective through his sound and voice representing the people born and raised up in the ghettos across the world.
In 2000 Marble and his cousin named 'Deadrill' at the time, became a rap group and started making beats on a Playstation video game named MTV Generator, recording songs on a karaoke machine and a 4 track mix recorder they went half on to purchase from George's Music store, including a $20 radio shack microphone rigged and hanging from the ceiling or using a ladder for a mic stand. The duo made their first debut on wax on a city compilation titled Bangemville and the late Pit Da Don 'River Trappin' (RIP). This city compilation landed them a commercial ad on BET's UNCUT in 2001. They began grinding CDs out the trunk, corner stores, and flea markets in the early 2000s. The group then started they mixtape series in 2005, created with a original tag saying known as 'Certified Gangsta Muzik' inspired by DJ Drama Gangsta Grillz mixtapes. Traveling city to city in the southern region pushing music, performing in small clubs, big clubs, car shows, and open mics with an audience size around 10 to 1000 people. Marble has opened up for artists like Boosie, Webbie, Fat Joe, and Ace Hood throughout his music career.
Years later after a mutual decision for the group to split due to personal reasons, Marble got more serious about his craft while becoming a solo artist. Gaining more musical knowledge, studying the music business, and increasing his finances which fortunately led to making beats on a Midi M-Audio keyboard on a computer purchased with better studio equipment for a quality sound. Booking mixing and mastering sessions at local platinum recording studios to get that industry quality in his music, it was costly but well worth it. One of his biggest investments was purchasing a DSLR camera with equipment to film his own music videos. Printing up CDs, posters, t-shirts, and towels, Marble and his CGM team started promoting in major cities like Miami, Tampa, Orlando and Atlanta, networking with other artists, producers, and dJs.
Releasing his debut mixtape titled PAIN 2 POWER hosted by DJ Smallz in 2016, the same year not long after Marble established his music production label PAIN 2 POWER EMPIRE in dedication to his late younger brother who passed away in 2015. Being also influenced by rap moguls like Master P, J Prince, Rick Ross, & the late Nipsey Hussle, with God's Will Marble plans to become one of the biggest music entrepreneurs that ever lived, supplying quality sounds and songs for music, tv, and film all while building a legacy for generations to come. Creating more opportunities for the less fortunate, kids, and other gifted musicians. Marble and his CGM team are still pushing and striving despite the minor setbacks & disappointments on his musical journey.
